Chinese caly roof tiles production process as following
Raw material-->Mixture-->Clay body-->Sintering
Step 1. sand/cement=1/3
Step 2 . wooden structure, adding waterproof material
Step 3. fix drip tile in a line, 5cm spacing
Step 4. fix flat tile following drip tile one by one, overlapping 10cm
Step 5. fill the concrete in the hollow of eaves tile
Step 6. then place the pan tile following eaves tile one by one
Packing by fumigation-free plywood case by 1000X900X900mm,
